RSM TAKES THE BTCC ON TOUR

RSM is to take the UK’s largest race series, the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), on a nationwide promotional tour to raise the profile and generate awareness amongst a new target audience. Following a motorsport consultancy agreement with ToCA, the Milton Keynes agency has been appointed to implement ‘ToCA Tour’, a national awareness campaign that will visit shopping centres around the UK. RSM will manage logistics and execution of the tour, which is predicted to be seen by over two million people during the course of its six-month duration. “Despite the British Touring Car Championship’s popularity, it is still a niche within the sport,” said ToCA Tour Series Director. “RSM’s motorsport and event management experience, as well as its PR and promotional knowledge, led to its appointment. The agency’s transparency and creativity was refreshing.”
