
RSM HELPS MERCEDES-BENZ SPEED AHEAD WITH SOCIAL MEDIA AWARD

With the support of RSM, Mercedes-Benz UK’s retailing division Mercedes-Benz Retail Group received the AM Awards accolade of ‘Best Social Media Campaign 2014’.
Having been appointed in May 2013, RSM developed a comprehensive social media strategy based on experience, research and best practice, with a focus on audience growth and engagement. During 2013 the Facebook following grew by 211%, Instagram by 145% and YouTube by 129%, having a positive business impact in terms of both winning and retaining customers.
“Since winning the tender the RSM team has done an outstanding job on behalf of Mercedes-Benz Retail Group’s social media,” said the Marketing Director of Mercedes-Benz Retail Group.
