Leading Volkswagen and Škoda dealer group Citygate employed RSM’s services to deliver an integrated marketing communications and CRM programme for both its car and commercial vehicle operations. RSM also supported the development of Citygate’s internal marketing team. As expected from a sharp retail operation, the bespoke B2B and B2C sales-orientated campaigns, which run online and offline, are all measured against specific KPIs and targets.
