RSM CELEBRATES PR VICTORIES AT IOM TT AND LE MANS

Dunlop Tyres asked for RSM’s assistance with the promotion of its 2015 motorsport programme and the PR team developed several engaging concepts to target key media outlets. June hosted two of the biggest events for both two and four-wheels: world famous bike road race, the Isle of Man TT, and sportscar’s prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans. The PR team’s proactive approach, combined with strong relationships built with the media over the past decade, delivered extensive coverage in The Independent and Motor Sport magazine, as well as the UK’s leading weekly automotive titles, Autocar and Auto Express. At the core of the respective campaigns was innovation, technology and performance – quite simply, how does Dunlop year-in, year-out develop race-winning products? 99% SUCCESS RATE FOR RSM EVENTS TEAM

The dust has settled at Millbrook Proving Ground following SEAT UK’s biggest dealership event to date and feedback for the manufacturer from the 900 plus attendees has been outstanding. Tasked with delivering a concept that strengthened relationships within the SEAT UK operation, RSM excelled with the post-event questionnaire revealing 99% of attendees rated the event as an excellent or good opportunity to strengthen their relationship with the brand. An overall customer satisfaction score of 97% was also recorded, with 82% rating the overall event as excellent. The RSM team delivered the two-week experience from 27 April to 7 May 2015, from the concept’s inception, through to the creative and logistics, invitation process, video edits and interactive displays, and on-site management of the numerous driving experiences brand zones and presentation areas. “I have been able to give customers a better insight on how the vehicles perform and handle, which has really helped me as a Sales Executive,” offered one attendee. Another commented: “To be included in such an event was a privilege and made me feel more than just a cog in a big wheel.”
