UK automotive agency RSM will provide pan-European PR and communications support to SEAT as it embarks on its new race series, the SEAT Leon Eurocup. The one-make motorsport series will feature a full field of 330hp SEAT Leon Cup Racers. Selected for its motorsport and automotive PR experience, the Milton Keynes-based agency will work alongside SEAT’s PR managers to develop and place features within key European media as well as provide a press office function. “It is very clear that RSM understand the motorsport industry and the agency’s creativity and credentials make it an ideal partner for us,” said SEAT’s Director of Communications. “We are very excited to be working with the agency, to see the team’s ideas come to life and to make the SEAT Leon Eurocup a triumph in its first season.”


Autosport International, Europe’s largest motorsport show, saw a four per cent increase in attendance this year against 2013 following support from automotive agency RSM. A total of 82,400 people attended the 2014 show in RSM’s seventh year of supporting the event across PR and promotions that target both the consumer and trade audiences. The team also acts as the show’s press office, serving almost 500 international media while managing news, launches and celebrity attendance. “RSM has consistently delivered great results, which is reflected in the longevity of our relationship with the team,” said the Managing Director of Haymarket Exhibitions. “Yet again the show was successful and the footfall reflects all the hard work RSM has put into the show.”
