UK AGENCY APPOINTED TO SUPPORT GM’S LE MANS PROGRAMME

Automotive giant General Motors has appointed UK-based agency RSM to provide event management support for its Corvette and Cadillac motorsport programmes at the 24 Heures du Mans. RSM will design and build GM’s presence at the world-famous endurance race, which attracts over 225,000 visitors annually. The RSM team will not only manage the logistics of its 24-hour retail operation but also design and produce the extensive merchandise range. RSM will provide communication materials for attending VIPs, while on-site the multilingual team will support with guest management. Corvette Brand Manager (General Motors) said: “RSM’s motorsport heritage and knowledge of the unique platform that is the 24 Heures du Mans led to the agency’s appointment. It’s one of the biggest events on the motorsport calendar for GM and we’re looking forward to working with RSM to raise our European profile and promote our merchandise offering.”
