In 2002, Mercedes-Benz UK established its own dealer network in major UK cities. RSM was there at the start: working with Mercedes-Benz Retail to advise on marketing communications and special projects such as the customer experience centre at Brooklands. Today we provide a total marketing resource for the largest UK Mercedes-Benz dealer group: all dealer advertising, DM, experiential marketing, dealer events and product launches, as well as rebranding of products. We’ve created websites, blogs, customer magazines, and we even manage customer satisfaction and exit surveys to check how it’s all going. The phone doesn’t stop ringing, but our dedicated Mercedes-Benz Retail marketing team is here to respond. And while an AMG driving event may sound more exciting, we’re as engaged delivering 300 branded fresh lunches to a family fun day as we are in organising the Manager of the Year Awards and what Mercedes-Benz Retail described as ‘an exceptional leadership conference from so many aspects’: it needs to be, with Mercedes-Benz Retail responsible for selling one in eight of all Mercedes-Benz cars in the UK.
